Today we were getting ready to go outside. I had asked John to grab his shoes and bring them to me so we could put them on and get going. He wasn't obeying, and my head was killing me (I've had a pounding sinus headache today). Finally I told him "I need you to help me because Mama's head really hurts". He promptly responded "Maybe you should put some cream on your bottom." All these years people have struggled with headaches, and the fix is so easy. I'm guessing he came up with that because the antibiotic has been rough on his tummy, and thus rough on his bottom, and we've been putting cream on it to make it better. Either way, it was pretty comical.
