Our first ride was the helicopters. John, who was born fearless, then entered a bit of a fearful stage, has apparently come out the other side and gotten back to fearless. He was disappointed there weren't any roller coasters. The rides were a bit tame for him. He constantly wanted to go as fast and as high as he could, but despite the limitations, he enjoyed every minute.

Carnival Night!
With Eve on a date with Daddy, I asked John what he wanted to do. Originally he wanted to go roller skating, but the local elementary school was having their carnival that night. When I told him about that, he was sold. Mom offered to keep Ellie, so it was just the two of us, and we sure made the most of our time. He chose Moe's for supper (pretty much a guarantee), then we headed to his first carnival!

EEEHAW, John, great bull riding and super cotton candy. What a lucky boy to spend a whole evening with your mom. Looks like you had loads of fun.
