Where Do Clouds Come From?

Today has been a cold and gloomy, cloudy, rainy day.  We were out shopping and in the car Eve asked me what was making all the smoke.  I think it was from the GE plant.  At any rate, I told her it was from a production plant where they make things.  "Clouds?"  she asked.  Makes sense to me!
