Easter Eggs

We had a beautiful Saturday before Easter...perfect for dying eggs!

 This year we had one kit to dye the standard way, and one to paint a candy apple finish.  Both were lots of fun!

All in all, the process was rather surprisingly calm.  I think it's the first time we pretty much just sat back and took pictures and oohed and ahhed as they enjoyed themselves.  They worked hard and made some really pretty eggs...and just a tiny bit of a mess :)
