Spring!

It's spring break, and I've been trying to think of fun things to do.  The temperatures have gone back to spring-like temperatures for the most part, so I wasn't quite brave enough to take the kids to the beach (after seeing them in the lake this weekend, I'd definitely have to be in the water with them all day...brrrrr!)  So, I decided to host a last-minute impromptu Spring party with some friends.  We dyed Easter eggs and played outside.  It was a blast!

 Jan had the brilliant idea of bring latex gloves.  No hulk hands this year AND the kids enjoyed blowing them up too.

How does your garden grow?  The kids helped me make these super cute cupcakes.  I was thrilled at how they turned out. 

Ellie was pretty thrilled at how they turned out too.
