This morning was rather comical for me. First, a screaming argument between Eve and John.
Eve: You don't make the rules! God makes the rules!
John: You don't make the rules either! You're not God!
Eve: (in a calmer tone) Pretend I am.
Funny, it ended there. I suppose we have some more theology 101 to discuss.
Shortly after that John and I couldn't find his "to go" cup for his lunch. I was just going to give him a juice box, but we were all out. Searching through the cabinets, the best I could do was make-do with a mason jar. So, it looks like I sent John to school with moonshine for lunch.
This is oh, so typical for us.
Fun news from today...Ellie and I went to the OB for a quick heartbeat check this morning and it sounded great. The doctor couldn't find it for long before having to chase little one around. Apparently lots of activity going on in there. She'll schedule the ultrasound in 8 weeks.
